HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Membership is available in-store or by phone only.
HOW MUCH DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
The Unleashed Club membership costs $65 per week, we pause and resume automatically based on your roster. Card fees may apply.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?
The membership includes access to infrared sauna, ice bath, hot plunge and massage chairs 7 days a week during opening hours. You also receive a 10% discount on all other treatments.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL I HAVE TO USE EACH SERVICE?
It includes up to 45 minutes in the sauna, 15 minutes in the ice bath and hot plunge section, 20 minutes in a massage chair, plus time to shower and change.
WILL I HAVE THE SPACE ALL TO MYSELF DURING MY SESSION?
No, Wellness Unleashed is not a day spa, but a community-oriented, shared space. This means other people may be in the sauna with you or in the ice bath or hot tub adjacent to yours. The massage chairs are located in a private space.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes, but it is a no-lock-in contract. However you will need to complete 4 renewals (paid weeks) before cancel your membership.
IS THE MEMBERSHIP A LOCK-IN CONTRACT?
No, it is not a lock-in contract. You can cancel your membership at any time after 4 renewals
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you’re going to be away for longer than you actually swing, you can pause your membership for up to three months. If your membership isn’t resumed after three months, it will be cancelled.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL ON THE MEMBERSHIP?
We don’t offer a free membership trial at this time.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING SPECIFIC HOURS?
You can use your membership at any time during our opening hours.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?
There are no age restrictions, however, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
ARE MY SESSIONS TRANSFERABLE IF I DON'T USE THEM DURING THE WEEK?
No, the sessions are not transferable. Credits are renewed each time you are on your time off (flying out), and they do not carry over or accumulate. You can use each service once per day only.
CAN I BE REMOVED FROM THE UNLEASHED CLUB?
Yes, your membership can be revoked if your conduct while using the centre is deemed inappropriate. Inappropriate conduct can include rudeness to staff or other clients, inconsiderate behaviour while using our facilities, and failure to follow rules relating to the use of specific facilities.
