HOW MUCH DOES THE MEMBERSHIP COST?
The Flow Club membership costs $75 per week.

1 x Ice Bath / 5- minute session
1 x Hot Plunge / 10- minute session
1 x Massage Chair / 20 – minute session
1 x Red light therapy / 15- minute session
1 x Pelvic Floor Chair / 30- minute session
1 x Lymphatic Compression pants / 30- minute session
WILL I HAVE THE SPACE ALL TO MYSELF DURING MY SESSION?
No, Wellness Unleashed is not a day spa, but a community-oriented, shared space. This means other people may be in the sauna with you or in the ice bath or hot tub adjacent to yours. Some of our services are held in a private setting for your comfort and privacy. However, please be aware that other services may involve some noise
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can sign up using the JOIN THE CLUB button on this page, via the Wellness Unleashed app, or in person.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
A minimum of 4 weekly payments must be completed before cancelling your membership.
In the event of cancellation without prior notice, you will not be able to access or book any services at the Wellness Centre until the outstanding amount is paid in full, in accordance with your agreement.
IS THE MEMBERSHIP A LOCK-IN CONTRACT?
You can cancel your membership at any time after 4 paid weeks
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you’re going to be away for longer than two weeks, you can pause your membership for up to three months. If your membership isn’t resumed after three months, it will be cancelled.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL ON THE MEMBERSHIP?
No free trial at the moment.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING SPECIFIC HOURS?
You can use your membership at any time during our opening hours.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?
There are no age restrictions, however, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
ARE ANY OF MY SESSIONS TRANSFERABLE IF I DON'T USE THEM ALL DURING THE WEEK?
No, the sessions are not transferable. Your credited sessions will restart each week.
CAN I BE REMOVED FROM THE FLOW CLUB?
Yes, your membership can be revoked if your conduct while using the centre is deemed inappropriate. Inappropriate conduct can include rudeness to staff or other clients, inconsiderate behaviour while using our facilities, and failure to follow rules relating to the use of specific facilities.
How do I prepare for my sessions?
To ensure the best experience, please follow these guidelines before coming to your session:
Bring your own towels and personal hygiene items.
You may bring a reusable water bottle — we have a water fountain available for refills.
For Red Light Therapy, your skin must be clean and dry — free of makeup, creams, or lotions.
For the Compression Pants and Massage Chair, please wear clean long pants and clean socks.
For the IR Sauna, please wear bathers or light athletic wear suitable for high temperatures. Wearing underwear only is not suitable for the IR sauna.
- Before entering the ice bath or hot plunge, please rinse your full body in the shower.
