WILL I HAVE THE SPACE ALL TO MYSELF DURING MY SESSION?
No, Wellness Unleashed is not a day spa, but a community-oriented, shared space. This means other people may be in the sauna with you or in the ice bath or hot tub adjacent to yours.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
You can sign up using the Buy Now button on this page, via the Wellness Unleashed app, or in person.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes, but it is a no-lock-in contract.
IS THE MEMBERSHIP A LOCK-IN CONTRACT?
No, it is not a lock-in contract. You can cancel your membership at any time.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you’re going to be away for longer than two weeks, you can pause your membership for up to three months. If your membership isn’t resumed after three months, it will be cancelled.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL ON THE MEMBERSHIP?
We don’t offer a free membership trial at this time.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY MEMBERSHIP DURING SPECIFIC HOURS?
You can use your membership at any time during our opening hours.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?
There are no age restrictions, however, children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
ARE MY THREE SESSIONS TRANSFERABLE IF I DON'T USE THEM ALL DURING THE WEEK?
No, the sessions are not transferable. Your credited sessions will restart each week.
CAN I BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUB?
Yes, your membership can be revoked if your conduct while using the centre is deemed inappropriate. Inappropriate conduct can include rudeness to staff or other clients, inconsiderate behaviour while using our facilities, and failure to follow rules relating to the use of specific facilities.
