Oxygen Chamber

OXYGEN THERAPY

Revitalize Your Body with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a hard-shell cabin that operates between 1.1 and 2.0 ATA (atmospheres absolute). Inside, you breathe 99% oxygen in a gently pressurized environment,  the high-pressure environment allows more oxygen to dissolve in the blood plasma and this helps your body absorb more oxygen and deliver it efficiently throughout your system, especially to areas that benefit from extra support during recovery or day-to-day functioning.

HBOT supports your body’s natural healing processes and overall well-being. It can promote faster recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, increase energy levels, and rejuvenate your cells. The therapy is safe for children and can be enjoyed while seated (90°) or reclined (135°), ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

This therapy is also used as a complementary treatment for various medical conditions, including decompression sickness (in divers), chronic non-healing wounds like diabetic foot ulcers, carbon monoxide poisoning, radiation injuries, certain infections such as gangrene, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and some types of strokes.

Each session invites you to simply relax as the oxygen works deeply within your body, revitalizing you from the inside out.

Frequently Asked Questions

To be prepared for your oxygen therapy session, follow these steps:

  1. Avoid alcohol: Refrain from drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.

  2. Avoid smoking: Don’t smoke, including recreational smoking, for at least 4 hours before your session.

  3. Eat lightly: Avoid heavy meals before your session to ensure comfort during the therapy.

  4. Hydrate appropriately: Drink just enough water to stay hydrated, but not excessively, so that you can comfortably stay inside the pod for up to 70 minutes (60 minutes session+ depressurize).

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing made from 100% cotton and arriving with clean skin.
Please avoid synthetic fabrics, jewelry, lotions, perfumes, or makeup before your session. This helps ensure the best possible experience and results.

You may feel a bit of discomfort, especially around your ears — similar to the sensation of being on a plane.
This feeling can vary from person to person. The best way to manage ear pressure is by gently blowing through your nose while pinching it (like during a flight), swallowing, or yawning.
At the beginning of your session, our staff will set the pressure level based on your comfort. We’ll check in with you after the first 5 minutes to ensure you’re feeling okay and make any adjustments if needed.

Everyone responds differently, so you might find that you feel relaxed, tired, or energised. Oxygen Chamber has a detoxing effect on the body, which is likely to make you thirsty and change the odour of your urine. We recommend drinking extra water following your session.

We highly recommend drinking plenty of water to help your body remove the toxins. After an oxygen session, we recommend waiting at least 2 hours before engaging in intense physical activity or training.
This gives your body time to fully process the benefits of the session and helps avoid any lightheadedness or discomfort. However, gentle movement or stretching is usually fine immediately afterward. Always listen to your body and let us know if you have any concerns.

Our  Oxygen chamber supports up to 250 kg of body weight. This allows for comfortable and safe use for most individuals. If you have any special conditions or concerns about your physical fitness, feel free to consult us before your session.

Chamber Design and Size:  Our modern hyperbaric chamber is spacious and constructed from clear materials, allowing patients to see their surroundings. This design helps reduce feelings of confinement, beneficial for those prone to claustrophobia.

Communication: Our chambers is equipped with two-way communication systems, enabling you to speak with the staff/family or friends during the session. This feature can provide reassurance and address any concerns promptly.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to eat or drink during a session in a hyperbaric chamber. This is mainly for safety reasons, to prevent any risk of fire (since oxygen could potentially be inflammable) and to avoid distractions during the therapy.

Yes, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is generally considered safe when administered by trained staff. However, like any medical treatment, it carries some risks, such as ear barotrauma, oxygen toxicity, or lung injuries. It’s important to have a consultation with a healthcare provider before starting treatment.

During a session, you may feel a slight pressure in your ears, similar to the sensation when flying or driving in the mountains. This is due to the change in air pressure. The chamber is typically quiet, and people usually relax, read, or sleep during their session.

HBOT session lasts 60 minutes. The quantity of sessions may vary depending on the specific condition being treated and the recommendation of your healthcare provider.

The number of sessions required varies based on the condition being treated. For some conditions, patients may need a series of 20-40 sessions or more. Chronic conditions may require ongoing treatments, while acute injuries might need fewer sessions.

No, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is not painful. Some patients may experience a slight discomfort in the ears due to pressure changes, but this is generally mild and can be relieved by yawning or swallowing.

Phones or electronic devices are not allowed due to safety regulations or the chamber’s specific design.

Yes, both children and elderly individuals can safely use hyperbaric oxygen chambers if recommended by a healthcare professional. In fact, HBOT is sometimes used to treat conditions that affect children, like cerebral palsy or autism spectrum disorder, under strict supervision.

The most common side effects include ear discomfort due to pressure changes and, in rare cases, oxygen toxicity, which may cause dizziness or nausea. Side effects are typically mild and temporary, and they can be minimized with proper monitoring.

Private Coverage is not available at this stage. We are working on it.
