Hot water therapy or hot plunging is an ancient wellness practice that has been used by different culture for hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of years. Today, this time-tested wellness modality is reemerging as a highly effective holistic treatment for health and wellbeing. 

The heat generated in a hot tub dilates blood vessels to improve blood flow, penetrates deep into sore muscles and joints to relieve pain, opens up pores to cleanse the skin and release toxins, and has a calming effect on the nervous system, inducing relaxation and relieving stress. 

Our hot tubs are set to 40 degrees, which is the optimal temperature for deep muscle relaxation and detoxification through sweating. Use the hot tub on its own, or book in for a contrast therapy session, alternating between the hot plunge and ice bath. 

A hot plunge is a great alternative for anyone who isn’t able to use an infrared sauna.  

Please note that our hot tubs are located in a shared space, accessible to multiple clients to all times.
