HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
The easiest way to sign up for a class is via our app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play. You can also sign up via the Bookings page, in person, or by calling 08 6118 8811.
CAN I TRY A CLASS FOR FREE?
Yes, you can try one class for free if you’re new to our studio. Use the code CLASSPASS when you book your first class.
CAN I BUY A CLASS PACK OR MEMBERSHIP?
HOW LONG IS MY CLASS PACK VALID FOR?
You have 60 days to use your 5-class pack, and 120 days to use your 10-class pack.
IF I BUY A CLASS PACK, CAN I USE IT FOR DIFFERENT CLASSES?
Yes, if you buy a 5 or 10-class pack, you can use it to attend any of the classes we offer.
DO I NEED TO RESERVE A CLASS SPOT OR CAN I JUST DROP IN?
We welcome walk-ins, but we do recommend reserving your spot so you don’t miss out.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO TRY A CLASS FOR FREE?
Yes, you can bring a friend for free if it’s their first time doing one of our classes. Please call us or drop in to our studio to reserve a spot for your friend.
CAN I CANCEL MY CLASS BOOKING?
Yes, you can cancel your booking via the app, by phone or via email.
WHAT IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED?
If a class is cancelled, we’ll notify you by text and email, and you won’t lose your class credit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW UP TO A CLASS?
If you don’t show up to a class, you’ll be charged a $10 no-show fee, so please remember to cancel your booking if you cannot attend. You can cancel via the app, by phone or via email.
DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE OR HAVE A CERTAIN FITNESS LEVEL TO DO A CLASS?
Not at all, we welcome all shapes and sizes and all fitness levels to our classes. However, if you’re not sure if a class will be suitable for you, please check with your doctor.
WHAT IF I AM A COMPLETE BEGINNER?
All of our group fitness classes are suitable for complete beginners.
CAN I DO A CLASS IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
If you’ve been cleared for exercise by your doctor, please let your instructor know about your injury at the beginning of class.
CAN I DO A CLASS IF I AM PREGNANT?
Our classes are generally safe for pregnancy, but please do check with your doctor first, and let your instructor know if you are pregnant.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT TO CLASS?
You don’t need to bring your own equipment, just a water bottle and towel if you need one.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Please wear comfortable clothes that you would normally wear to exercise.
