To be prepared for your session, follow these steps:
Avoid alcohol: Refrain from drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session.
Avoid smoking: Don’t smoke, including recreational smoking, for at least 4 hours before your session.
Eat lightly: Avoid heavy meals before your session to ensure comfort during the therapy.
Hydrate appropriately: Drink just enough water to stay hydrated, but not excessively, so that you can comfortably stay inside the pod for up to 45 minutes.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR DURING MY SESSION?
A proper bathing suit is required. Even though the session is private, our team will guide you on how to enter and exit the pod safely to ensure a comfortable and secure experience.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY SESSION?
There a risk of burns in the Cocoon Pod. The risk depends on the temperature selected. To avoid any injury, it’s important to stay still inside the pod, keep your knees straight, and not try to enter or exit the pod on your own. Our team will guide you at all times to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY SESSION?
Everyone responds differently, so you might find that you feel relaxed, tired, or energised. The Cocoon pod has a detoxing effect on the body, which is likely to make you thirsty and change the odour of your urine. We recommend drinking extra water following your session.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING AFTER MY SESSION?
We highly recommend drinking plenty of water to help your body remove the toxins.
DOES THE COCOON POD HAVE A weigth LIMIT?
Yes, our Cocoon Pod has a recommended weight limit of approximately 150–160 kg. This ensures the safety, comfort, and optimal performance of the treatment. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our team before booking.
I AM CLAUSTROPHOBIC, IS COCOON POD FOR ME?
