Carly has spent the last couple of decades coaching people from all walks of life to free themselves from the emotional baggage and trauma that’s holding them back so they can step into the best version of themselves living their best life. 

 

Carly uses a range of techniques such as neuro-linguistic programming, energy work, EFT/tapping (emotional freedom technique), QFT (quantum freedom therapy), cognitive behavioural therapy, shadow work, law of attraction techniques and a range of other tools to support her clients to achieve their goals.

What is Life Coaching?

Carly’s primary style of coaching is “from surviving to thriving” - helping people through times of significant change and recovery from past trauma. “Life” coaching can work on pretty much any area of your life and Carly will meet you wherever you’re at in terms of what you want to heal and the goals you want to move towards.Coaching is like solution-focused therapy - you’ll do a “brain dump” of whatever the problem is for long enough to then refocus on what the solution may be. Coaching is not psychological counselling and should not be seen as a substitute for it, but is very powerful when used alongside therapy if needed.

What to expect

Prior to your initial session you’ll be sent a “pre-coaching desires” questionnaire to get you thinking about where you’re at right now and where you’d like to be instead. It’s ok if you don’t know the answers to that as this can be worked through in the session.The coaching session will be an hour, and Carly will take comprehensive notes with a summary of what was spoken about, the goal/s worked on and any “home play” for you to do after the session.Carly will always leave you with tools you can use in between sessions to support you in working towards your goals.
