Infrared Sauna

INFRARED Sauna

Embrace the healing power of infrared heat in our world-class, low-EMF infrared saunas.

A full-spectrum infrared sauna is a gentle yet highly therapeutic way to accelerate physical recovery, reduce inflammation, help the body detox, and improve overall wellbeing.

Using an infrared sauna is a totally different, more comfortable sauna experience compared to traditional sauna bathing. Because a traditional sauna heats the air around you, it needs to reach high temperatures of anywhere from 65°C to over 80°C in order to induce intense sweating, which many people find uncomfortable. In contrast, an infrared sauna heats the body from within, resulting in a more penetrating heat and profuse sweating at a lower temperature of 50°C to 55°C.

Our infrared saunas use near, mid and far infrared heat to deliver profound benefits for the whole body, impacting your cardiovascular health, detox processes, healing and relaxation, skin health, and so much more.

Our saunas also feature medical-grade colour light therapy, known as chromotherapy, which enhances the benefits of infrared energy to deliver even greater results.

Please note that our saunas are located in a shared space, accessible to multiple clients to all times.
