The session goes for 15 minutes. 

You will feel slightly warm inside the bed. We can provide you with sweat towels if needed. 

Yes, you will need to wear UV eye protection every time you use the red light bed. We will provide patches for eye protection. 

We recommend one 15-minute session up to three times per week. 

Because individual conditions vary, each person’s treatment course will vary according to their needs. As a general guide, we recommend six to seven sessions. 

For best results, we recommend using the red light bed completely naked (we have blackout curtains for complete privacy). Alternatively, you can leave your underwear on. 

Red light primarily targets the surface layers of the skin, while infrared light penetrates deeper into tissues, reaching muscles and joints. Combining both red and infrared light in the same treatment may achieve optimal results.
