We recommend that you wear your bathing suit or lightweight clothing. 

We ask that you bring a towel and a water bottle. We have filtered water for you to use. 

Yes, you must have a shower immediately prior to using the ice bath in our private shower area. 

Our ice baths are located in a shared space and positioned next to other tubs. You will be in the ice bath on your own, but there may be other people in an ice bath or hot tub next to yours. 

Our ice baths are set to approximately 7 degrees. 

You can stay in the ice bath for up to five minutes.

You are likely to experience some initial discomfort, and you might feel numbness, tingling or shivering. 

Yes, an ice bath can initially increase your heart rate due to the shock of the cold. This initial increase is usually followed by a reduction in heart rate as the body acclimates.
